Ops model changes, expansion news and more

It has been a while since our last update back in Septemeber, and we are back to update you on our latest news.

Over the course of the last few weeks, our team noticed that the speed of acceptance has dropped considerably due to the recent increase in bookings. Part of the reason is that our exterior hand wash consists of buffing your vehicle due to the wax component in our waterless wash and every vehicle inevitably takes more time to complete than your usual car wash. The results are also incomparably better as well, but this is no excuse!

At Shiokr, our team believes in being more than great, and we constantly change the way things work for the better. Starting today, we have tweaked our model from one that uses 100% freelancers to one that has both full-time Shiokr Partners as well as freelance Shiokr Partners. You should see a marked improvement in acceptance timing over the coming weeks.

On a more positive note, Shiokr will be expanding to Pasir Ris in the coming months! From the emails coming through, we have more residents from Pasir Ris asking for the service than anywhere else in Singapore. Our team is so excited to finally be able to meet and serve the residents at Pasir Ris.
